Title: B’luru to get national centre for carbon capture, utilisation

A lab at Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR) in Jakkur, north Bengaluru, will soon set up a National Centre of Excellence on Carbon Capture and Utilisation (NCCCU). This first-of-its-kind centre will be one of the two such centres being supported by the DST. The other centre will come up at IIT-Bombay (IIT-B), which has announced “the establishment of a National Centre of Excellence in Carbon Capture and Utilisation (NCoE-CCU) with the department’s support”.
