The report puts forth a strategic plan of action for 2020; to enhance resilience in the State for addressing current and likely impacts of climate change on key sectors, enhance adaptive capacities of the vulnerable communities while tapping potential opportunities for mitigation. The action plan largely dwells on the scientific know-how, experience of experts on the various response measures and the use of traditional knowledge systems as they apply in strengthening the cause for adaptation and support mitigation.
