Indian scientists have created a process to convert polyethylene waste into useable liquid fuel with combustible gases and wax as by-products. Researchers in India have developed a relatively low-temperature process to convert certain kinds of plastic waste into liquid fuel as a way to reuse discarded plastic bags and other products. The details appear in the next issue of the International Journal of Environment and Waste Management.
