The map shows shortfall in number of Sub Centres (Health) in India for 2011(provisional population). The shortfall number represents the difference between number of Sub Centres required and the established Sub Centres in the states. Uttar Pradesh and Bihar are the states having maxmium shortall of Sub centres i.e. having less number of sub centres than required.
